The last time we were discussing about licensing and
matters of that sort (check the mailing list
archives), there was a concesus that Goba would be the
handler of this matters (until he gets fed up and asks
for someone else to volunteer ;-).

That is as far as I have seen was not a broad consensus. But we have this topic on the meeting agenda for july, and specific person[s] will be elected for this task. The current authors also need to respect that person. So currently officialy we don't have any single person to decide on this, but the English and German authors all need to be asked. This will change significantly in july, and the whole process will be more painless for our authors, and for book authors.


Still I am confident, that in this case, we represent the authors opinion, but that is not official. As Friedhelm said, currently you need the OK of all the authors and translators.
