One thing that may be important when looking at wiki's is how
controlling of users and groups do you want to get.  Mediawiki is
designed to be as open as possible, and therefore it does not have many
access control features.  For example, you cannot specify an entire
namespace to be deemed private; you must do it page by page.  I'm not
sure if it applies to the PHP wiki, but it is something to keep in mind.
