I like it, including the side-by-side editing.
I also want to see if we could take this further and start using the tool for phpdoc-all.. I'd like to make this script and its code publicly available for phpdoc use.
How about throwing it in phpdoc/scripts/ somewhere, maybe phpdoc/ scripts/online_editor/* or a similar name.
