There's already some icon on the right side of filenames showing missing
files, outdated ones and up2date. I've added a legend explaining them under
the list

Not yet, but it's a good idea to consider that.. since I'm using the english
tree to list the files on the left.. so I will add this feature

 Do you mean, editing the source of the editor or the source cvs of the
translation?

 That's another good idea, I will adjust the tool to do so.  And for the CVS
diff, yes you are right.. I guess it's easier to use the cvs.php.net instead
of trying to excute cvs.
