I'm glad to announce that I've added few improvements which will be useful for translating outdated files:
1- The tool now can work with other languages, I added few for testing (Czech, Chinese, French and Germany) 2- Implemented revision check.. so now the listing will show which files are missing, up-to-date, outdated or how much outdated. 3- For outdated files, it's possible to view cvs diff log from cvs.php.net (directly on the tool).. spliting frames will be more useful while editing. Hope to get some feedback.
