Ah! I was referring to the synchronous/asynchronous modes of Pig Streaming I've
introduced in the latest patch... *smile*
By synchronous I was referring to the mode where an input Datum is immediately
sent to the process via it's stdin and asynchronous means it's sent to the
local input file on disk from which the process later reads (i.e. it's stdin
stream isn't used to pass input Datums).
Hope that clarifies things...
