This includes the earlier patch I submitted with modifications suggested by
Alan. Also included is the crux of the MapReduceLayer, the job submission and
monitoring part. Need special interest on the JobControlCompiler,
MapReduceLauncher, PigMapReduce, PigMapOnly, PigInputFormat, PigOutputFormat,
and PigSplit. The patch looks bulky but most changes to the PhysicalOperators
can be ignored as they just add a serialVersionUID. There is no change in
functionality. Only the operators that were submitted with the earlier patch
may need another glance. Not much changes there either.
