Hi
I can attest to the fact of excersise making me feel worse.  When I had active acromegaly (too much growth hormone), I was severely fatigued all of the time.  I even joined a gym thinking this would help me.  The equipment made my muscles hurt alot. I did not know at the time that I had acromegaly.  I do feel better now after surgery but I still have bad days, and this even though my levels are all normal. I think this is probably the norm for all of us, never reaching the point of 100% good days.  There are days that I still feel fatigued and wonder how to explain it. Hope everyone had nice holidays, and hope everyone has a better year in 2004.
