Minnie ,     I dont have an infection , this is just a follow up anti-biotic that all patients get after surgery.   Dr S. stayed in contact with my endo thru whole procedure.  I see my endo on tues. for follow up.   I know cushings patients are more critical for endos going in to surgery, but is it the same for acro.   My pituitary was all normal except for growth hormone, it makes sense that if you have a surgeon that says he is 95% sure he will not hurt pituitary.   I think he would tell me if I needed an endo at the hospital.                Judy
