I am on a dose double yours - - 3 tabs twice a week.

It also may make a difference what lab does the testing, and what the scale is (and of course, you always want it coming down instead of going up), but my endo has told me repeatedly that there is not much difference between a 60 or 65 reading on time, and a 100 the next time.  According to her, your prolactin level can fluctuate that much on a daily basis, and it just depends on what time of day you test, whether you have exercised, been sexually active recently, etc.
