M - when you go back for your follow up, your neuroendo will do several tests. I know it may seem kind of weird to not talk with the doctor or his staff until the followup, but if you have questions or concerns, you can call the endocrine nurse or the surgical nurse! They are there if you need them! I know with my hospital, the neuronurse expects patients to call her at least once post op!
 
I think there is just SO  much activity when finalizing diagnosis and having surgery that you are left with... well, what now?  lol.
 
Enjoy your down time... and if you are feeling moody... your pituitary hormones are adjusting. Get outside, get some natural light, get moving. It will help! You need other things to think about!
