Just a note to say that if you happen to be left handed they take the endoscope up the left nostril rather than the right nostril. I assume this could be important for someone.
My partner had this surgery April 22 for a non secreting macroadenoma. They think they got it all and we will know for sure on August 24 [maybe not totally for sure - I expect he will still have to have follow up MRIs] when he sees his neurosurgeon. In any case he feels as though he "has a new lease on life". |
