majid- What is your neorosurgeons name? You could maybe find some information on them on the internet. As PT said- also check out with their secretary how many surgeries they have done- you want a surgeon who has done over 500-700 pituitary surgeries at least. Ask the secretary what the complication rate is for the particular sergeon as well. It pays to do a little research first. I'm not sure, but you may be able to request another surgeon within the facitility if you're uncomfortable with a particular sergeon.
 
Do a google search for the facility also, see if their credentials for pit surgeries is ok.
