I am with HMO insurance carrier,( Kaiser Permanente, South ) who they have their own facilities and Doctors...I am not sure if I can choose other facilities or institutions. The closest facility to me is in Fontana, California and my surgery is scheduled there. The questions that I have are: Had any one on the board have similar situation? Do I have a choice to have my surgery performed by any NS not with my insurance? Had any one have the surgery done by Kaiser facilities in California? if so, WOULD YOU RECOMMEND ANY DOCTOR? I know there is no much time left until the surgery date. However, I have a pre-op with my NS next Wednesday and could ask to change. Thanks and God Bless. View other groups in this category.
