Hi you all,

i've been lurking for some time here but never posted before. Now i guess it's time i did finally.

About three weeks ago I was diagnosed with a pituitary adenoma of  7 mm. I 've been seeing an endocrinologist for some time now because  before I was also diagnosed with Graves Disease (Hyperthyreoidism) which is under controll for the time.

The problem is that I have all these complaints I relate at the pit tumor (don't know wherelse it aal could come from) but my endo says most of my complaints have nothing to do with the adenoma. Here I've read that some people had similar experiences.

I'm now trying to find out what kind of tumor I'm having (non-secreting, prolactinoma, perhaps acromegalic in very early stage???)

Some of my symptoms( there not always present): headaches, blurry vision, muscle weakness (esp right arm and right leg), joint pains (esp. knees and hips), hyperprolactinaemia with mild galactorrhoe, cold intolerance, hair loss, sometimes puffy face, jaw pain, sometimes mild hirsutism (disappearing and reoccuring), and I 've probably forgotten a whole lot more.

Anyone who can help me out here a little? I'm going nuts because the doesn't whant /can't to help me.

Thx and best to you all,

Flika
