Prolactin is still high (went from 140 to 22 though)- IGF-1 is still High (hasn't budged, around 450) - Endo says I need to have this tumor taken out. The neurosurgeon whom my doctor recommended is not contracted with UHC. My Endo says that is the only one he knows of. I don't to go to just any neurosurgeon - I'd like one who is experienced in pituitary tumors. I'm willing to travel. Any suggestions for surgeons in the Southwest? Thanks |
