Hi, You should definitely go and discuss this with your primary care doctor. He is usually the one you start with in order to get an MRI to see if there is a tumor. It sounds like you may have a pit problem and it is important to find out as soon as possible. If there is a tumor, the next step is going to an experienced neurosurgeon and endocrinologist. (experienced in pituitary problems) My tumor is a non-secreting but I have had for a very long time the fatigue and other problems as well. I can not stress enough the importance of a pituitary specialist because many doctors just don't know about the many problems we deal with. My labs were always normal for several years and then started showing problems much later. Please, don't wait and take care of yourself. Regards, Diane |
