One thing to keep in mind is that the studies regarding Dostinex were of 
Parkinson's patients, who take much higher doses than pituitary patients. I am 
not saying Dostinex is great, but keep that in mind. 

I had the same reactions on bromo - visual probs and vertigo, too. 

As far as surgery, I had mine completely removed - it was 18mmx15mmx10mm I 
believe. I highly recommend Shahinian in LA if you eventually opt for that 
route - lots of people travel to him.
