----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on Pituitary Chat
----------------------------------------------------------- From: liltrubin Message 2 in Discussion Dear Jen: Welcome!!!! Having been dealing with this for so long you are definitely of value to our group!!!! I cannot share a story with you but would like to welcome you to the group. I am one of the few odd ones that cannot even medical stop my period. I know I would love to trade places with you as well. There is no rhyme or reason why we cannot stop my periods. Other then that I had very similar symptoms of fatigue, weight gain, daily migraines until I had my tumor removed 6 weeks ago I was not even able to drive for 12 months prior to surgery. Keep in mind that many people try to conceive for a long time without a tumor getting in the way and three months of trying really is not that long. To you it seems like a life time and with each passing month I am sure great disappointment and heart ache. Hang in there!!!! I hear when people are trying to get pregnant it is best to relax about it. I really do not have an experience in trying. I have one child and he was a huge surprise. I wanted to have another one but due to the tumor my husband did not want to chance it even though we got an okay from everyone on my treatment team. That was disappointing enough. This disease process can really take a toll on every aspect of our lives and I am sure pleased you are here with us!!!! I cannot wait until you are so happy and excited that you forget to tell us that you conceived!!!! Welcome! Pleased you are here and sorry you have to be!!!!
