Dr. Kunwar is a good option. Often Dr. McCutcheon in Houston will take Dr. 
Friedman's patients. There may be some neurosurgeons in Chicago that also might 
consider your case. You will need to get hard copies of your labs though, and a 
letter from your endo (preferable for referral). It would be better if you had 
a local doctor refer you though. If your doctor refers you, the doctors have a 
report-back mechanism in place. If you refer yourself, you are at the mercy of 
whoever interprets your past diagnosis, and current clinical and 
endocrinological presentation.
