CeCi said, "Only thing that keeps me from committing suicide is my two younger
brothers. All i can think bout is how selfish that would be to leave. They r my
world. If it wasnt for them i would have been left this world."

I'm a poor one to offer advice and encourgement, but I agree. Those brothers
need you. I think the word "selfish" is the one that shook me the most with my
suicide attempt. I realized how devastated I would be to lose one of my dearest
friends or family. Bad thought!

Same here with the hurtful moods, and unpredictable behavior. No kids for me
either, nor a wife, family -- not a situation that's quickly changed.

But you CAN quickly strengthen your faith! I started back to church two years
ago, thinking I'd be no worse off if it "didn't take." I worried that I'd get
into a dysfunctional group of judgmental bigots. Instead I became part of a
loving, wonderful "family." I highly recommend it, whatever the faith you feel
closest to.

And never forget that you have dozens, maybe several hundred active Pitters who
know exactly what you're going thru. That's why I feel so close to people I may
never meet. We understand the problems of our fellow Pit Chat members.

Like I told a newbie member, lean on us. We all lean on each other. I dunno if
we could all stand up to our hard times, if we were not all leaning on those
who, for the moment, are stronger.

Willard
