This sounds good. I really have to try this RSN(tm). :-) Not having looked at the source, I was under the impression that "make packages" would produce IPS packages. > As for a lofi-able repo image, I don't see the benefit. That's just aggregation. You can walk into a site, do some pkgadds, mount your repo image, and provision client systems. Once you're done, you pkgrm the software and remove the repo image. The "transport shape" of the repo is secondary. However, many people like to cleanly remove things from their infrastructure servers once the things are no longer needed.
