Changes: - Adds a -s flag to setup.py/run.py which will make the test suite stop when any failure is encountered (failure or error). It will not stop the depot or clean up the test directory, allowing the failure to be debugged. - Misc cleanups; remove dependence on unittest.TestSuite in some places.
