That was intentional, but as I said, I will be removing the wildcard
support.
Actually, I ended up adding this back in. The single match being
returned previously was intentional, but in retrospect, wrong. Wildcard
matching now returns the unique set of matching package stems. Not
including a '*' not performs an exact_name_match against the catalog.
In all cases, if the provided FMRI information can't be found in the
catalog, a 400 is error is returned.
