Okay. I guess folks using nautilus or something aren't likely to have much trouble with it at all, short of perhaps not being able to fit the single
image on a single disk.

You can fit the image on a single disc with the appropriate media or hardware, but you are correct that most individuals likely don't have dual-layer DVD-RW drives in their servers or desktops that are using this ;)

My laptop does though...

Actually, the mount -F hsfs iso only works after a certain build, so it would depend on which version of Solaris 10 they're using, etc. On certain versions, you'd have to use lofiadm and then mount it. But I wanted to use the easier route because I wanted to assume they were using OpenSolaris
2009.x.

Okay. In which case you'll want to state clearly that these instructions
only apply to OpenSolaris.

I can provide the lofiadm route if you think that there will be enough Solaris 10 users that need it since that will still work on OpenSolaris 2009.x.

mirror here is referring to the usage of the depot server they are setting
up based on client configuration, not pkg.opensolaris.org/dev.

So, why would I drop mirror?

Because your first suggestion is that they set up their clients to point to their depot as an origin, in which case it's not being used as a mirror. If you have the word "mirror" in the description merely because it *can* be
used as a mirror, then I would argue that the same applies to the /dev
repo, and that seems silly to me.

If they have a private network, then it makes senseto have one single server be the "origin" for the opensolaris.org publisher, but set this repository up on multiple other systems and add them as mirrors to the client to increase aggregate resources, right?

Or is the issue that we document both usage cases without clearly explaining why?

Would it be sufficient to reword the mirror paragraph to explicitly denote the aggregate usage case?
