I don't know what the target audience is likely to be running here.  My
guess would be that it's mostly non-OpenSolaris users, but it's just a wild
assed guess.

The issue is that a depot running on this repo will, without changing those
two lines, advertise itself as a mirror, even if it's running as an origin
server.

I'm not sure what you mean by aggregate usage.  But I'm fine with the
wording in the README; it's the wording in the cfg_cache file I'm quibbling
about.
