  Since "available" can easily be interpreted as "available to be
  installed", and we know that incorporation and exclude dependencies
  may ultimately prevent a package version from being installed, the
  label for this state should remain as "known", which has no
  connotations regarding the likely outcome of an installation request.

  (I think "known" is even better when we consider the uninstall
  case...)
