Good question Joanie, I think this is required to trigger the catalog
updates. We are just operating on a Publisher object when we set it to
disabled, for the update to take effect I believe you need to trigger
the update, but Shawn would know best.

Then we disable the publishers once the Install completes.
At which point it appears you do self.api_o.update_publisher(pub). Just
like you did only moments prior during the enable. This seems to be
what's taking the time at the end of the whole process. Is doing this
second update truly necessary?
