PropSet() is fine as an addition; PropSimpleList exists solely for
compatibility with the simplistic comma-separated format that we used
for some list values in the ImageConfig and RepositoryConfig.
I've opted to pass on this for now as I don't have a need for it, and
should we have a need for it, it won't take much effort to add.
