I didn't know we were keeping track - there have been several changes to
this file since 2008. I'm inclined to leave it at 2008 (which one could
view as a declaration that the items after the colon are formatted as
<section>/<cateory>)
If you'd prefer I start using a 2011 prefix, I can certainly do that
(pkglint I think is the only thing that enforces the year, perhaps
wrongly?)
