I've uploaded the package as-is. It will have to go through NEW, so
might take a while.
Something which you might want to fix in a later upload:
The package descriptions seem to have a few typos, like
libip4tc0 - netfilter libi4pt library (should probably be libip4t)

But maybe rephrase them to be a bit more descriptive. The .pc files for
example say:
libip4tc.pc: iptables IPv4 ruleset ADT and kernel interface
libip6tc.pc: iptables IPv6 ruleset ADT and kernel interface
libiptc.pc: iptables v4/v6 ruleset ADT and kernel interface
It think it would make sense to base the package descriptions on that,
at least the long package description.
Atm they looks like they are copy&pasted from libxtables(11,-dev).
