The easiest way would be to just include the i586 binary in the x86-64
package, but this would not allow multiarch installs (due to a file
conflict).

The next best option seems to be to place it in a separate package and
make sure that it's available to x86-64 users.

That said, the ati driver has been crashing X and locking up my box
since > 8.28.8 and I haven't been able to find any info on fixing this
problem.
