The handling of multiple versions of software is something I really 
dislike about the current cmake Find* scripts. I'd really rather it
was intelligent. Once tclsh has been found cmake could easily do a 
tcl version check and only search for versions which matched that. 
I've had lots of problems when using tcl8.4 on a system with tcl8.5
also installed.
