I'm happy to see that you aggree on being able to setup periodic db hotsync 
depending on the time elapsed after the last update.

With the all-db checked after install issue I have to say that your approach 
adds aditional overhead action for the user which is not necessary since 
Plucker install (at least win version) comes with only Default database 
(this assumes the situation when conduit is included in the win-install 
package/ right know when we add conduit after we already have plucker and 
databases it doesn't matter much). Also when user custom creates new 
database, conduit should recognize it and automatically "check" it for 
hotsync without any additional action (why would I create a new db without 
at least trying to sync it once?) + default value for "periodic" hotsync 
should be "sync" at each HotSync.
Well this is just a thought for "automatic for the people" users like 
myself.

Again, great job and very much looking to hear about the new release!
