Sorry, with icons i talk about the shortcuts in the Plucker startmenu
group.

You get there an "DB '<DBHANDLE>'" Group for every DB you create with
shortcuts to build or setup the DBs. In this ways the user do not need
the command line.

Are there other programs that do this? Or do this only Palm with its
own (NotePad, Install, Expense)?

I have found no API for installing an Shortcut here?

But its still possible, the Installer could get the Palm Registry Path
from the Palm API, than it could go trough all the Aplication* Keys
and add the info here to the one that contain the Creator=Plkr key.
But IMHO it's an good idea to use the API instead of hacking it into
the registry, if possible.
