Pocket PC Question

I was not sure whom to email regarding this question, or even where so I
am sending this message to this email address.  I apologize in advance if
this is not appropriate.

I was wondering if any work had been done in creating a Plucker viewer for
use on Pocket PC?  If I was interested in creating one to release back to
you guys would this be possible and what would be involved?
