The biggest hurdle to overcome would be that currently everything is developed using GCC. This is portable into windows using cygwin, but some work would need to be done even to get that portion working. Secondly, can GCC be used to build pocket pc binaries (exe's are they?) then ofcourse is it compatible to build using whatever SDK's are required? Atleast, these two steps would be required if you wanted to recycle alot of code and port it over to pocket pc's format. Otherwise, given that there is documentation on the plucker pdb format, you may just as well be better off to start off from scratch to build it. Ofcourse, my only experience with pocket pc's is watching one of my co-workers curse at his.
