Many of us (most) don't have Windows, nor do we have the tools
required to get the environment set up and debugged and built on Windows,
natively. We can't provide that documentation, so it looks like Robert is
the only one, and I think he's done an incredible job at the tool thus far.
If you see a lack of documentation, how about asking him if you can
take that piece over for him, and let him focus on the code, or share the
responsibilities therein, producing both?

It's built with a free version of Pascal, or was. Dirk is AWOL.

Sure it is, it's in the same project, it's in the cvs under the
Plucker module, it's part of Plucker. It's just not shipped within Mike's
betas right now.

Again, most of us who _could_ help with the Windows bits, don't have
VC++ (and don't intend on supplying Microsoft with more revenue by
purchasing it), and can't help you with that effort. Perhaps there are
others on the list who do have it, and can help you further with that.

Isn't that the same for any and all developers?

Nobody has been cast out. For many of us, it's foreign ground, and
if you wish to port it to VC++ or another language, you must first get it
working on the existing codebase it was built on, and then begin porting.

No and yes.
