Right now this will probably be solved by having two menu options,
"Preferences" and "Document settings". The Preferences will look
something like this (some settings will only be included if the
viewer was configured to include them at build time; I've indicated
them as "optional"),

- General
 - Screen depth
 - Toolbar
 - Scrollbar

- Layout
 - Enable strike-through
 - Enable underline links
 - Enable underline tags
 - Enable soft-hyphens
 - Connect parts with paging
 - Paragraph spacing
 - Line spacing
 - Alignment
 - Rotation (optional)
 - Right-to-left rendering (optional)

- Font
 - Built-in fonts
 - User-loaded fonts

- Colors
 - Text
 - Background
 - Links
  - Visited
  - Unvisited
 - Force default text colors

- Library
 - Update list
 - Category style
 - Sort documents by
 - Sort order
 - Use date/time
 - Enable strike-through

Note: The Show column settings will be removed; they are included in
      the Library form's menu.

- Autoscroll
 - Autoscroll jump
 - Autoscroll direction
 - Autoscroll delay
 - Stay on

- Export
 - Hardcopy actions
  - Action
  - Range
  - Link

- Control
 - Mode (1, 2, and 3)
  - Actions

- Gesture
 - Activate
 - Actions

- Lookup (optional)
 - Always on
 - Action

Note: I would like to add some kind of "mode" setting and make it
possible to have more than one PPI configuration. For some
documents you might want to use the word lookup in a
dictionary, while for other documents you might want it to
send the selected "word" to some other external program...

The button and jogdial preferences will (if possible) be moved to
the Keyboard config form. Could also move the Command toolbar button
selection to that form.

The "Document settings" would include General, Layout, Font, Colors,
and Lookup. Would include a "Set to Default" button to reset the
settings to the same as in the "Preferences".

Comments?

/Mike
