Are you sure about that, i.e. that *all* documents are included in
both LDP and Unfiled? I checked some of the documents and the
documents from 2002 did *not* include any default category info,
while newer documents did.

When I installed one of the documents with a LDP category setting
it was only included in LDP...

Can you please provide an example of a document that has default
category info and that was included in both Unfiled and LDP?
