I have finished the first batch of changes to the preferences.

 - The font & layout form has been integrated with the normal
   preferences.

 - Layout, Font, Color, and Lookup settings can be configured
   differently for each document.

The Color preference form is almost empty at the moment, but I will
add settings for text and background colour, visited and unvisited
link colour, no underlined links, etc. I've moved the strike-through
option to this form, too. Seems like a good idea to keep that
settings at the same place where you (soon) will be able to set the
link colour and whether links should be underlined or not.

There is a "problem" when you have selected to have different
settings for individual documents and then access the preferences
from the Library form. In that case we can't include the option to
save the settings for an individual document; neither can we allow
the user to make any changes to the preference settings that can be
configured differently for each document. Any changes must be "global"
and that means we must reset the "vary with document" setting!

To avoid this I instead decided to not give access to these preference
settings unless a document is open or if the "vary with document"
setting isn't set when you access the preferences from the Library.

I haven't moved the button settings to the keyboard form, yet, but
that is still in my TODO list.

I will continue to make changes to the preferences, so any feedback
about the recent changes is welcome...

/Mike
