Well, JPluck uses JTidy to convert HTML into a valid XML file.
So what I should do is, get an NYT page, run it through JTidy to see
what it looks like when force-corrected, and then figure out the right
XSLT for *that*?
Any ideas how I can do that? [Goes off to find info on JTidy for OS X]
Wouldn't it be nice if there was a way for JPluck to save the
intermediate tidied phase, so that you could see exactly what it was
trying to run its XSL onl? Just a thought.
(Hey, I've got IDEA and a JDK installed here. I suppose I could do it,
if someone could point me near the right place in the JPluck source
code.)
Try http://sourceforge.net/projects/jpluck/ then the Source link about
half way down the page.
