(I realize this is the wrong list but I am not sure
where I else I can find as large a group of Palm users
to help me with this.)

My wife has a Palm m125. Everytime she switches her
batteries all her data on the palm is lost (bad). She
also has an SD card in the machine so that data
remains (good). So she runs plucker and filez off the
SD card and keeps as much other stuff as possible,
like plucker documents, on the SD card as well. But
everytime she switches batteries she has to move zlib
from the SD card to the palm so that plucker will work
and then she has to go reset any other settings on her
palm (things like shortcuts, volume settings, etc.)

Here is my question. Is there anyway to create a
script that would back up all this stuff to the SD
card and then when she changes her batteries run
another script that moves it back onto the Palm.
Preferably the only thing that would need to be done
everytime she changes the batteries is to run one
script and reset the time. She would like to be able
to do this without being attached to a computer,
although even if we had to do this with a Linux box
and pilot-link that would be okay I suppose.

Do any of you have suggestions or ideas for her?
