These 3 days, I got a consistent speed of 7-8 kbps,
and on Sunday, I got consistent speed of 10 kbps, on
my BSNL connection.
I use M$ Windows 98 SE and have a 56 kbps D-Link
external modem. Process is Celeron 633 MHz and 256 MB
Ram. Modem connexion string is atx1s10=255. Hope this
is helpfull.
