I really dont know what to say. The only thing I can
definitly say is that there always is a vast
difference betw theory n practical.
I can send you the screenshot of my speeds if you
want. I got similar 8-9 kbps yesterday night at 11:00
PM. Maybe even if the speeds are shown wrong, what
about the feeling that I got that overall the speed is
fast? (it was due to this feeling that I checked the
speed.)
Whatever the case maybe, I am quite happy with the
speeds that I am getting for past week or so.

Btw, I didnt get the connection betw 56kbps and 7. How
did you arrive at this fig of 7kbps practical if the
modem is 56?
