I tried FIPS but I was terribly dissatisfied. I ended up just deleting the 
whole thing and redoing my partitioning. I do not know how stable the parted 
utility is. I don't know if its current state allows you to work on FAT32 
partitions, either. But it's probably worth a shot. You'll also have to run 
this from a Linux bootdisk. Makes it a little more complicated, but it might do 
the trick if FIPS doesn't. If FIPS cuts it, then I guess it should do. It looks 
like it could be more convenient to use. :)
