Badong,

you can use either fips or Partition Magic. FIPS is free and usually comes
with the major distributions. Some commercial distributions provide a
trimmed down version of Partition Magic. 

the safest thing to do in *any* case is to BACKUP all your data in your
Windows9x partitions first.
