use noauth here so the remote system (ISP) will not be required to 
authenticate.

netconf should have set all the required parameters. you can then set 
ONBOOT=YES in your /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ppp0 so won't have 
to manually run a script to connect.
