Well others are doing it (FR), for the same price. The 4:1 "thing" is
actually a committed access rate, upon which you can burst to the connect speed
if there is available bandwidth.
The situation with DLSU is highly dependent on mozcom's available free
bandwidth. Unfortunately, you can't just go around offering a service to
corporate subscribers, the speed and QoS of which you can't put a guarantee or
commitment on.
This discussion is highly OT, i just wanted to level things out, especially
with the "harang" comments, and side remarks which are for the most part,
unwarranted.
