That's exactly my issue: I _know_ bandwidth is scarce (heck I've been with
Moscom since we had a 128K pipe!) That's why Destiny's pricing scheme,
which has cheap, unthrottled, unlimited access for ordinary subscribers
and a huge, hefty markup for corporate, doesn't make sense to me.

In my opinion, what WOULD make sense is cheap, heavily-throttled access
for ordinary subscribers and marked-up, but not as marked-up as telco
leased circuit, rate for corporate. The way their corporate pricing is
right now, there's little advantage to going Destiny over going with a
traditional ISP and leased circuit: the pricing is about the same.
